Crafting Authentic Dutch Stroopwafels with Family Love and Tradition

Gaufrette was set up in 2025 by a Dutch-Czech family living in Geneva, Switzerland. We are huge Stroopwafel fans and used to bring these back with us whenever we visited the Netherlands. One day, we decided to bring back an authentic Dutch Stroopwafel-maker instead. We spent several months perfecting our secret recipe and sourcing the right ingredients. We have never looked back.

Each of our Stroopwafels is lovingly handcrafted using only the finest ingredients, carefully sourced from Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Freshly made to order, our Stroopwafels promise an exceptional taste experience in every bite.
